Aug 28, 2011 Happened in Chapter 5. Got to this part, killed the two Menacing Ruins up top, then proceeded to kill the Doll Girl. As you can see, I literally destroyed every destructible part of her - clothes.

After you complete each chapter, you unlock a special dress. The dresses that you unlock are:
Chapter 1: Steamdress – Complete Hatter’s Domain to get the steamdress. With this dress, breakable items leave more teeth and roses.
Chapter 2: Siren – Complete Deluded Depths to get the Siren dress, which makes enemies drop twice as many roses.
Chapter 3: Silk Maiden – Complete Oriental Grove to get the silk maiden dress, which makes enemies drop twice as many teeth.
Chapter 4: Royal Suit – Complete Queensland to get the royal suit, which makes your health limited to 4 roses.
Chapter 5: Misstiched – Complete the Dollhouse to get the Misstitched dress, which makes Shrink Sense duration doubled.
Chapter 6: Classic – Complete Internal Train to get the classic dress, which lets your regain health when shrunk.
